Michael focuses on the intersection of law, data, and technology, offering clients innovative solutions to complex legal challenges. Michael’s primary area of focus rests in the drafting and advising on SaaS agreements, IP purchase agreements, and other technology-focused contracts. Drawing on his background as a software engineer and data analyst, Michael approaches problems with a deep understanding of the technical aspects of software, translating complex technical concepts into precise legal language to meet client needs and protects their interests.

Michael earned his J.D. from Georgetown University Law Center and his B.A. from Stony Brook University.
