Legal Representation in Federal Court
The federal court system is comprised of district courts (the “workhorses” of the federal court system that hear and try cases), circuit courts (intermediate appellate courts which, in practice, typically serve as the final arbiter of a dispute), and the United States Supreme Court, the ultimate authority in the federal system. Notably, federal courts only hear civil and criminal cases authorized by the United States Constitution or federal statutes. Quatela Chimeri’s litigators are specifically admitted to practice in federal court, and the Firm regularly represents individuals and businesses in a wide variety of civil cases originated in or transferred to the federal courts.
