James Adam Pascarella

James Adam Pascarella is of counsel to the firm and devotes 100% of his practice to criminal and white collar defense. Mr. Pascarella defends and counsels clients in all types of criminal matters in New York State and Federal Courts around the country, including doctors, lawyers, accountants, public officials, teachers, law enforcement officers, corporate executives, business owners, and brokers, among others.

Prior to entering private practice, Mr. Pascarella was a senior prosecutor in the Major Offense and White Collar Crime Bureau of the Suffolk County District Attorney’s Office. During his time as an Assistant District Attorney, and while in private practice, Mr. Pascarella has handled thousands of cases, participated in over fifty trials, and has lectured on a variety of criminal issues including white collar crime and identity theft. Recognized as a top tier trail attorney, Mr. Pascarella has also taught trial techniques to lawyers for the National Institute for Trial Advocacy (NITA).
