Messina P.C. has merged with its firm to expand client-focused practice group. The joining of these two firms provides a new and broader set of services for its current and future clients.
The Banking and Real Estate Group at Quatela Chimeri PLLC, led by Michele R. Messina, offers lender representation embracing a wide range of closings and transactions. In addition to the robust lender-based practice, the group represents individuals, investors and commercial clients in the purchase and sale of real estate.

Messina P.C. to create the Banking and Real Estate Group at QC Law builds on QC Law’s long-standing record of successful representation and unparalleled client satisfaction. New Hires and Promotions
As a reflection of progress and growth, recent promotions at QC Law include Nicole J. Brodsky and Alexander E. Sendrowitz being named partners, and the addition of Robert “Bobby” Preston as Special Counsel to the firm’s Matrimonial and Family Law Group.
Mr. Preston, a fellow of the New York Chapter of the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers, brings to the firm more than 30 years of extensive trial and appellate experience, representing clients in Nassau and Suffolk counties, as well as the New York City metropolitan area.
Concentrating in matrimonial and family law, Ms. Brodsky is honored in the legal community being named a New York Super Lawyers “Rising Star,” and recipient of “Celebrate Long Island’s Young Professionals” ’30 under 30’ Award from the Chamber of Commerce.
Mr. Sendrowitz’ concentration will be in the areas of general civil litigation, state and federal court practice, business and commercial litigation and municipal defense. Upon receiving his Juris Doctor from Hofstra University School of Law in 2015, Mr. Sendrowitz joined the firm as an associate and earned the role of partner with his extensive knowledge, multidisciplinary nature and commitment to clients.
